Fernando Ferrer is a proven business leader in life science with experience across different corporate and cultural environments and trilingual speaker in industry related events. Mr. Ferrer is based in the US, and due to his professional career he lived also in Spain, Switzerland, Argentina, and Brazil, and besides his global roles, has had experience working directly with 40 countries. Heading up his latest enterprise, Multinational Partnerships, LLC, he is focused on strategic planning and business expansion of life science organizations across Latin-American markets, and the development and management of business alliances among multinational and Latin American organizations for both, in business-to-consumer (B2C), and business-to-business (B2B) markets. In his academic role at RVCC, he serves as adjunct professor of management, international business and global strategic management. Fernando is supporting two patient advocacy organizations; he is the Chairman of the Hispanic and Ibero-American Council at ICAN for patients suffering from cancer, and for AMAVI for patients with rare diseases. Mr. Ferrer earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree and is Alumni from Universidad Austral, IAE (Argentina)/IESE (Spain) Business School, a Bachelor of Science degree in Production Organization of the Engineering College of UADE University (Argentina), and a Technical degree in Chemistry from the Krause Technical School (Argentina).

Dr. Ghaemghami has led production of many international conferences and events in more than ten different countries, and online. Presently, he is leading a new project of producing the International Journal of Micronutrients (IJMN) that will start publishing articles in 2018.

Jelena Nadinic is Professor of Pharmacognosy and Cosmetic Development and Evaluation at the School of Pharmacy at the University of Belgrano. She is the Director of the Postgraduate Specialization career in Dermatocosmetics at the University Juan Agustín Maza in Mendoza. She is Deputy Director of the Postgraduate Specialization career of Cosmetic Production at the School of Pharmacy and Biochemistry at the University of Buenos Aires and since 2012 she leads the Postgraduate Courses on Phytocosmetics at the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina and in other countries. She published more than 30 peer review papers, co-editor of the book “Phytocosmetics: Phytoingredients and other natural products” (2012), author of 3 books chapters, and more than 60 other publications in professional journals.
She is a member of the scientific board for Pharmacognosy of the Argentine National Pharmacopeia and of the editorial board of several scientific journals like Latin American Journal of Pharmacy, Dominguezia, and Journal of Pharmacy & Pharmacognosy Research. She has a Ph.D. degree on Pharmacobotany and Pharmacognosy of the University of Buenos Aires.
